As men age, particularly over 30, flexibility and mobility often decline significantly. This isn't just due to ageing but often results from prioritising weight training and muscle development over total body fitness. This imbalance can lead to decreased performance and a higher risk of injury. Research shows that regular flexibility and mobility exercises enhance overall fitness, improve muscle function, and boost joint health.

Recognising these challenges, I began MensMobilityCoach. My goal is to help men regain flexibility, improve mobility, and achieve a balanced, injury-resistant physique. I understand these struggles firsthand, having worked through them myself.


This photo shows me with my family. One of the main reasons I focus on flexibility and mobility is to enjoy playing games with my little one, hiking, and cycling together, and to continue these activities into old age. There's no reason you can't do the same

Paul Evans


Paul Evans - BA (Hons), PGCert, SAC, DIP - is a qualified personal trainer, Science of Stretching® Coach, and Hatton Academy Certified Boxing Instructor. He is also a Director at St John Ambulance and an Emergency Responder with East Midlands Ambulance Service. Through his experience, he has seen firsthand the impact of poor mobility and its links to falls and injuries. This professional background brings unparalleled expertise and dedication to your fitness journey.


In 2020, at the age of 41 and after neglecting flexibility and mobility, Paul found himself unable to touch his toes, squat down fully, and suffering from tight hips and back. He discovered a transformative approach to regain his flexibility and mobility. Now, with a renewed focus on these essential elements, professional fitness industry qualifications, and a Black Belt in Kickboxing, he created MensMobilityCoach.com to help you achieve the same level of comprehensive fitness and well-being.
